HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
**Due to COVID-19 our processing time is extended. It may take 5-7 business days to process and ship your order from the date your order has been placed. We appreciate your patience
You will be immediately notified by email as soon as your order ships and a tracking number is created.**
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the courier has picked up your package. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update on the couriers site.

We know how important your order is! We provides our customers with the option to track your package. We will always do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
All orders require a street address. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
In-Stock Items: Please allow 2-3 days for your order to process. You will receive your order 1-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out. Tracking numbers will be sent once your order is processed.
Pre-order Items: Please allow up to five (5) weeks after pre-sale for your order to ship out. Tracking numbers will be sent once your order is processed.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES
